it's not just the high pitched voice, it's a very serious topic, so it's even worse he's laughing. and at one point the man talks about when they have sex and he's doing the sexy, sweet talk. That's when the host loses it at the end........

I suppose its not as funny when you know whats being said. Although I think I might have laughed too, because I am an evil person and going to hell.

Thats a European show which is, itself, a satire of serious issue's and the reason the host is blowing it is not because he's being rude or "insensitive" but because he's supposed to keep his cool, keep his humored composure during the taping. The "guests" are not getting offended, they're getting annoyed because they need to get through the taping. Notice he motion's to the producer's that he'll regain his composure, he's not apologizing for being rude, etc.

Its an European show like Onlyoneoar mentioned. Its a comedy show, its not serious. Forgot the name of it though.. Still funny..
