Did this guy get arrested or is he getting raped? He screams uncontrollably.

I know what this one was all about, my wife and I saw it on one of those cop shows on TV. Anyways, the cop pulls him over, then asks for consent to search his car. The guy says "sure!" The cop then places him in the back of his cruiser (the suspect is still calm at this point) but when he opens his trunk and finds the drugs, the guy totally flips out. Pure gold! 
(I mean, what did he THINK was going to happen when he consented to that search? That the cop would suddenly go blind?)
