I actualy thought the orignal clip of him crying was just as fitting (somone put it up elsewhere), I never saw it before then but it really shows how much he lived for his work and how big a part of him it was. I say that it should be re-included as a link in the description.

Everybody sais that Steve Irwin died in peace , doing what he always wanted. But I say to you all: Steve wanted MORE! If he knew what was comming(his death) he whould cry not because he whould die, but because he wanted to do more... I feel that, in my heart so much because I understand him, he is my inspiration and I want to say with so much grief that we lost someone so great that we can not imagine... It's funny, Australia zoo is about half an hour away from me. Yet I've never been there!! ...Now I wish I went to see him, but I thought that he'd still be around for decades and that I had plenty of time, oh well I'm going there for the tribute though!! P.s. It's a CROCODILE not an alligator!!! Alligators are smaller and far lesser aggressive than crocs, and they have longer noses!! ....geez, didn't you learn anything from steve!?!?!

Wow, what an awesome tribute to our planet's wildlife hero. The song, the pictures, the words, blew me away. And yes, I am also so mad that he was taken from us way to soon in such a freak accident. But, he did go doing what he loved, showing the world his mission and trying to do so through his daughter's eyes. Wow, if I had the privalege of living about an hour away from Steve's zoo, I would have not only seen him and his crocs, I would be regreting not having the privalege of seeing more of him, shame on you

by the way, what do you mean-"this site sucks", "what happened"- this site showed you what happened-One of the most important human beings trying to save our planet's wildlife died in a freak accident trying to expose his mission through his followers eyes (Bindie). Wow, crocs and allig are different, you really got that right, but thats about it.

It has been just over a month and the pain and the tears are still here. I hope that everyone in memory of Steve will not forget or give up on his work, but step in and try to fill a spot to honor him. He was totally AWESOME. God love em and keep his family safe and in his care.

I feel your pain and tears, Steve was amazing, awesome, and unfogetable, to say the least. For what I have learned (unfortunatly after his death) Mindie will fit perfectly into his shoes. I feel that in the near future, Terri, will bring back the grief of her husbands death and the importance of his mission in order to recrute others to protect our Earth's wildlife

If I have offended anyone, I am sorry. However, I don't think Steve would be offended if Terri did use his death in order to help save our planet's (and Steve's) wildlife. I am from the US and I miss that awesome man from Down Under showing the entire world of the importance of protecting our planet's most valuable resource--the wildlife

I along with others Im sure are still grieving at the loss of a great man and conservationalist. Steve really cared for wildlife which is what this world needs. The hurtful part for me as well is not only that we lost a great human being but it happened on kmy birthday too.

I liked Steve not for anything but the fact he was so honest. He had that rare quality in him, you could see he wasn't acting or playing social skills games. I, like most Aussies, had NEVER heard of him until he became famous in America. I don't think Ive ever seen any of his work either....nor do I really care to, however knowing who he was I doubt very much that he would have appreciated that song. While Steve was alive many Aussies I talked to said they loved his nature yet cringed at the thought he represented us....lol

I think it was the whole "Crikey, av a look at this beauty" statement that we were stereo typed with by foreigners, that was the reasoning behind some peoples resentment of him being one of our representatives.

Its a real shame, it was pride that killed him. The site that i was just on, the article said he was invincible?! He was just as human as the rest of us. No better, no worse. No less susceptible to a sting ray attack than you or I. I mean no disrespect don't get me wrong, but HE isnt suffering for his death. His wife, a widow, his kids wont see his smile when they walk down the isle. All because of his pride. Not to mention the way he handled animals COMPLETELY UN-professional. I saw an episode of his episodes where he had his BABY Daughter out on the show holding her in one arm and teasing a croc with chicken or whatever in another. DESPICABLE. Most of the other animal planet show hosts said they saw it coming Jeff Corwin was one. It was a matter of when Not if. Im sorry If i seem disrespectful, But to see you people holding him to such high acclaim, like he was a damn hero for being reckless and irresponsible. You people should be ashamed for putting him on a pedestal. The accident could have been avoided if someone talked some sense into him.
