These guys get up to speeds in excess of 170mph during this race. Where do they find these looooong stretches to race on?
As for where this is, I'm guessing way out east in Saudi Arabia or something, rich arabs etc.

the benz was an amg, so yes, it was souped up. an amg built car is equivalent to a roush (mustangs) or saleen built car.
