When you're a waste of oxygen and serve no real purpose in the world, it makes it a lot easier to do something as stupid as attack a cop. Hopefully this guy gets what he has coming. This is a brutal beating.
To answer your question they guy who came running helped the cop and got the guy to stop but if you look in the way back ground the black guy walkin has a chain as he approches, I live in the city where this happened they have the entire video on youtube just type in McKinney Police
yet no one complains about criminal brutaility on a cop, not if the cop was beating the shit out of him it would be a BIG thing

A citizen would only initiate a fight if they knew they were being looked for. I feel sorry for the citizen and his family because he will be unrecognizable after the cops get him back to the station.
Bad guys kill cops and get away with it. The cops set up someone to and send them to prison or kill them.
