It's a weird animation from David Firth. It's not his first nor his last, but it's definitely messed up as usual.

It's all about pooping. The second guy had nuts on him. The first guy was too big to get out, so a cigarette had to loosen him up, as it so often does. The main character had to go to an appointment, but wanted the guy to leave first.
