The only thing that gets me is that
the .45 cal slug didn't exit his head.

I agree with capron. Definitely not a fake. I,ve worked in E.R.'s for 15 years and have seen shit you would find hard to believe. 30-06 rounds to the head that didnt make it into the skull itself.
