This suspect really needs to thank God that a PI happened to be there filming that day. Too many Cops get away with garbage like this, and far worse. The PI is totally correct, and sounds like a great example for all LEO's. Police need to Police themselves in the sheer fact that if they witness a suspect being abused, they should step in and stop it, not get in on it.
