I fucking hate cops

Maybe the cop pulled in front of them cleverly thinking he would cause them to stop.

This happened in lithuania about 6 or 7 years ago, it was a scandal all over the media and the cop was forced to retire.
And yea he tried to pull him over by blocking him

Oh and i forgot to mention, its not caught on tape but the cop deliberately blocked his path at the last second. You can hear the tires screech in the background if you listen closely.
