It was a Russian bomb, not an English bomb. Hence Tsar bomb. It was so big and cumbersome, that it wasn't practical at all. It was huge. So it's the biggest bomb ever tested, but it's not practical enough to be made into a bomb. By now though, we could get them small enough. We also have bigger ones as well.
