Mike V didnt start the fight, the kids said something to degrade the skaters. The kid was laughing because he was probably thinking...what the hell is this guy thinking taking on four of us? He's gonna lose. Bam was in the bus video taping...mike didn't even know he was on camera. If you ever listen to mike he doesn't like to fight. Bam told him he'd catch him fighting sometime during the filming of cky 3. It was only after the fight when they where on the bus that Bam told him he got all that on tape.
