Have you even held a camera before...if you do not have a tripod then they will always be shaky...even with anti-shock and picture stabilizers.

Some also can be very shaky the more you zoom in.

But in this case it is called "Filming whilst in a moving vehicle". If they don't have $100,000 worth of equiptment, you will rarely ever see a perfectly stable video that has been shot by handheld's not on camera stands.

Normally they pretty much are, because they are insulated from the ground by their non-conductive rubber tires... But, in a heavy downpour, water streaming off the vehicle can create a connection to the ground and enable a strike.
That is exactly right....the moisture acted like a POSITIVE STREAMER that attracted the STEP LEADER (Strike) to hit the car.
