I can't believe that family had left its hanging baskets out in the middle of winter.

Where I'm from it's called bumper-shining. I know a guy who broke his arm doing it on a city bus until he hit the sand laid on the road. He was just a kid.... a dumpass kid.

That stunt, as done here, looked pretty safe and easy. I might even try it.
