I've seen three other videos were cops use their cars to seriously fuck up criminals on foot. One pinned a guy against a street post, one tackled a black guy running down a neighborhood street, and another totally broke some white dudes knees in a grassy field. Wish I had the energy to search and link those, but I don't.

@izzy: Tranqs work too slow. Even with Fentanyl, which is used on bears, it'll take about two minutes, and you risk fatal overdose.
