And nothing is said ....And these are usually responses to comments that have done nothing dramatically wrong apart from attempt humour.

One guy says a simple statement attempting humour and ya's all rip his head off with stereo typical insults that actually are delivered in a way that onlystrengthens and confirms the stereo type that certain people have regarding Americans'.
