You can only do so many fishtails during a high speed chase before you slam into something that you really didn't wanna slam into. Just ask this guy.

considering how many lives these guys put at risk, i wonder why laws havent made it so people DONT engage in high speedf chases. mandatory 20-year sentence on first offense should stop about 95% of these chases ..i gaurantee it. and, spoons, your right ..had this happened say in brazil, mexico or some other country he would have been shot for "resisting" arrest... or reaching for a cop's gun ..or...
