If you see a guy in a truck dragging an ATM down the road with a chain, you should probably call the cops because it's this guy.

This happens all the time. And not just ATM machines either.Basically any machine that has money in it people will tie a chain around and drag off. Coke machines, etc. Just up the street from me someone tied a chain around a pay phone and dragged it off. The things people will do to keep from working.lol
