Disgusting Botflies Get Removed From Guys Skin

My stomach can take watching just about anything but this is just Disgusting, how did they get in there in the first place? I could not finish watching this video, but I was wondering did they take all of them out?

The fly lays eggs on the skin and they hatch and burrow into the skin, mostly animals not usually humans.
