Well..according to medical science, when the dude was born, he wasn't born alone. he was born as a twin..BUT the twin was inside of him. It has happened a lot. a fetus instead of being born separately is born inside another fetus. surviving as a parasite. somewhat similar cases are called conjoined twins..I feel pity for him.
