This is the problem with China. The government is happy to spend money using ivf to create baby pandas, but they won't treat thier people with the same level of humanity. Pandas are evolutionary rejects. They would all die out within 100 years if people would just stop messing with them and let them die out. They are the most retarded animal in existance. China should sort out it's human rights before it tries to win back tourists by making more fucking pandas.
