It would take way to long to explain the ways of the Shaolin monks, and i prolly couldnt do them justice if I tried. But if that was an honest question and not just being sarcastic I would recomend doing some research on the monks themselves. This clip is just showing their power of mind over body and really doesnt tell you much about the Shaolin way.
