I was beginning to believe OJ Simpson had taken a vacation in Taiwan there, up until the guy was shot dead and fell out of the car.

I have no idea what the rules of engagement policy is in Taiwan. But, all i saw was right at the start, the skinny cop shoots the fuck ut of the car. I can only assume he was aiming at the driver and missed. Then they miss about five opportunities to close hime down using their vehicles and deploy a PIT manoeuvre. Shame we didn't get to see his death face.
