it is possable that if he had just told him what BOLO was then the guy would have calmed down..lol. not probably because he was drunk but the guy seemed ok until the cop refused to be cool and just tell him what was goin on. although kicking a cop because of a BOLO will get u an ASS WHOOPIN.
