reinforce is saying that someone's arm breaking is a horrible thing. he's mocking anyone who is laughing by saying they must think it is fake. i guess he doesn't understand anyone else either because everyone's laughing at "Call the police!" but then again people always laugh at the skaters.

The movie "Over the Top" contains a real, genuine, as in NON-FICTIONAL arm break. They were filming real arm-wrestling matches in a real tournament. That scene were the guy's arm slips, then he pauses for a second, grabs his arm, then lets out a roar of pain... you can actually see the bones in his forearm give under the strain.

Also, in a MetRX World Strongest Man competition from the 90s they had a forearm break, which they showed again and again in exquisite slow motion. The competition never again had arm wrestling as an event.
