hahaha that was a pathetic attempt at theft. They should have bolted out of there while the clerk was tending to the other customer. They looked suspicious the whole time, the clerk was so on top of that shit.
I would have waited till they bolted out the front door just so I had an excuse to chase them and shoot at them. It's always been something I thought would be really fun. It's like big game hunting or something.

nightprowler is right. They could have a case. Its not theft untill they leave the store or if they showed intent. They didnt run, they walked...but, it really depends if they were of legal age to buy it in the first place. He appeared to show more intent to harm than anyone there...had the gun hidden in his pants and pulled before they ever got to the door.
@nightprowler: Its 1 a.m. and probably not that guys first night shift. 2 girls walk in with hoods up while people in the video are wearing shorts, obviously not 21 at first glance, one is wearing sunglasses (in the middle of the night) and they are walking briskly toward the door, not paying attention to anything else.
Hardly a case that any judge who cares would punish the cashier for. He had an unloaded handgun, probably a replica (he pulls the trigger as he is talking to that guy, and cocks it as he is walking back in, i doubt he would be firing rounds into the ground and ejecting bullets randomly) to use on shoplifters and beer runners. Scare the shit out of them and they wont come back. And theyd tell their friends all about it.
Stupid girls need to learn where it is better to take beer from..... Grocery stores your friends work at are your best bet if youre a teenager. Use your resources kids!!! Find out when security is and isnt there, or when/if they have cameras on from you friends at school.
