In regard to his misfortune, it was all his fault. First of all, when the old lady told him to watch his manners, a simple “sorry mam… didn’t notice you there†would have served him just fine. If he was feeling a little to pissed and proud at the moment to reply with grace, he could have opted to make a very brief statement such as, “excuse me mam, but this is how I talkâ€, and then left her talking to herself if he pleased. But when the police arrived, this is when his stupidity reached its climax. He could have eliminated the whole ordeal by maintaining calm, answering the questions in a composed manner, and finally explaining to the officer that he did make some obscene comments, but he was speaking to himself and didn’t know anyone was present. The worse that would have happened to him then, would have been a bullshit warning. What a total fuck-up he is!
