In regard to his misfortune, it was all his fault. First of all, when the old lady told him to watch his manners, a simple “sorry mam… didn’t notice you there” would have served him just fine. If he was feeling a little to pissed and proud at the moment to reply with grace, he could have opted to make a very brief statement such as, “excuse me mam, but this is how I talk”, and then left her talking to herself if he pleased. But when the police arrived, this is when his stupidity reached its climax. He could have eliminated the whole ordeal by maintaining calm, answering the questions in a composed manner, and finally explaining to the officer that he did make some obscene comments, but he was speaking to himself and didn’t know anyone was present. The worse that would have happened to him then, would have been a bullshit warning. What a total fuck-up he is!

It would probably not make much of a difference to him because it doesn't appear that he has had much of an upbringing but what if this older lady was his grandmother and some guy had gone off on her like he did to the lady. It is bad enough the way he described the incident but I am sure he cleaned it up a little so he wouldn't look too awfully bad. All he needed to do was opologize and it probably would have been over but he is too cool to do that. This kind of language is becoming way too common. You hear it no matter who is there, your children, mother or grandmother. I for one would like to be able to take my children to a public park without having to explain what these words meen. So, I feel no sympathy for this guy. Whatever happened to him was the result of his own behavior. Maybe next time he will think before he acts, but I doubt it.
