It looked to me like the car was pretty much out of the road. The left rear tire was on the white line though. When the truck hit the car it looked as if it came all the way over to hit it, 'cause it didn't spin the car in a clockwise turn it took it completely out like a cow catcher on a train. I'm surprised it didn't take out the cop too.
