To anyone that wanted to know: This took place in Bethlahem. The dog attacked the lady by her home. The dog's owner may be the man or the IDF. The man getting slapped was a suspect getting questioned. He may have set the dog free to attack the soldiers. He definately was NOT getting smacked around for what the dog did to the lady. The way the soldiers apporached the dog and they way they were easily able to restrain it would suggest to me that the dog was their's and it was trained by them. Notice how the dog attacked the arm in "classic police dog style." Also, if the dog did not belong to them, it would have been shot dead out of fear it may attack them too. These assumptions lead me to believe the man that was being smacked was a suspect they were looking for to begin with. Classical Arabic is a bitch to decipher.
