I say real:

-The bully drops to the ground in a convincingly quick manner
-The sound of the punch is heard (unless you think they foleyed the sound)
-I'm not convinced the bully turned his head before the punch, but even if he did, wouldn't you think it's because he saw the punch coming at the last minute?
-If it was fake, wouldn't a child think to do something cooler afterwards than pat the guy on the head to see if he's alright? Wouldn't a 13-year-old mind, who's hamming it up for the camera, place a few fake kicks or flex his muscles or something?
