@crederer: It is nice and politically correct to say that the muslim religion does not promote this... but in reality, where else in the world today, except for countries that are predominantly muslim, are things like this taking place? A few recently, maybe... Chechnya and a few others. But I think even looking at this objectively, you have to admit that there has been a pattern.
"Shariya Law" (sp?) dictates things like this, and it is promoted in muslim areas and muslim nations. The religion might not be -- strictly speaking -- a direct cause, but they have been closely tied.
Christianity did not, in itself, dictate the existence of the Crusades, the major Inquisitions, or other atrocities. It was people who wanted to solconsolidate power over others, by using the religion and its respective churches, who promoted those ideas. So you could truthfully say that Christianity was not at fault... but so-called Christians sure as hell were. And while you might not be able to say that the Muslim religion is at fault here, Muslim people sure as hell were.
Whatever the cause, this kind of garbage does have to end.

For four months ago the girl had been given shelter by a local Muslim Sheik. It was reported that in the last few days her family persuaded her to return home, convincing her that she had been forgiven by her parents and relatives for her mistake.
In a short mobile video clip which appears to have been taken by locals at seen of the murder, the girl is seen being ambushed on her way home by a group of up to 1000 men who were waiting for her to return; the men killed her in the most brutal way possible, by throwing large stones on her head. The following clips show that while she is alive and crying for help she is taunted and kicked in her stomach until someone finishes her off by throwing a large stone on her face.

If you read about Jesus in the Bible, you will see that events such as the crusades are not at all in line with His teachings. (Matt. 26:52) Even today, there are many who claim to be Christians, but are not.

Man ... that was just unbelievable...that was her family doing that to her?? How can you do that to another living thing, especially one that you loved and lived with her entire life. people keep saying, Christians kill people, christians do bad things, but the things that christians do are all individual acts which involve no more than a group of close friends into bad activities. The only time they mention God throughout their act is when they're running away looking for safety and they're praying, 'Oh God please help me I swear I'll change'. They don't gather a group of christians together and find something they did sinful and throw rocks at them until they're dead. They don't do anything as a group of christians, whereas these people and in other situations, this religion of people has got together due to their teachings and due to their beliefs instilled there by their relgion, and commit these acts FOR THEIR GOD. This is not good, this is not good at all.
