Not only was it the F word, but it was probably the best movie quote in movie history...in all its glory. But did the interview guy really just call him Bruce Wilson?
He sounded a bit wasted, but nothing like Paula Abdul. It serves the interviewer right to get an f-bomb back at his face for calling him the same as Tom Hanks' pet ball in 'Cast Away'.
But seriously, why can't you use profanity in american tv? very very strange. In Denmark, we use it in commercials and even infomercials from the government.
Like: "remember, don't drink and drive or you'll get fucked".
Yeah, I agree, he sounded waisted. And he must have been waisted when he saw the screening of his latest movie if he thinks it's better than the first one. The latest DH will register as less of a blip on a radar screen than a ticks fart.
As for Bruce saying "Fuck", how much you wanna bet that if it had been Kanye West saying it, there would not even be a video of it. Kanye West, or any black man, saying "Fuck" on live TV is less of a blip on a radar than Bruce Wilson's latest DH movie. The reason? No one wants to criticize a black man or woman for fear of being called a racist by Al Charlatan and Jesse Jackoff or whatever his name is. And believe me, when that happens you are fired faster than than an insurgent going up in smoke. And if you happen to be unemployed and hence not fireable? Well, in that case you have to sleep with Rosie O'Donnell as punishment.

I serously doubt many of Bruce's movies are intended for children anyway. Who does he need to set an example for?

Um...since the game was between the NJ nets and the Toronto Raptors in NJ and was being broadcasted by Canada's TSN (note the watermark at the beginning and the logo on the guy's mike) sports network I would say that it is safe to assume that tender American ears never heard Willy swear.
I am always amazed how you guys can never identify your own country in movies and TV...etc.
Canada has much easier rules and the industry is self regulating...now if Willy had said fag or the dreaded N-word...there would have been hell to pay. Canada's broadcasters are required to pay more attention to hate laws than words kids use every day in the playground.
F-word, S-word is fine in context.
