Horrible and Real Revenge Attack Leaves Pro Wrestler in Blood

At first I thought this was fake, like any sane person would think. But after some research and Wikipedia's confirmation, it is in fact a real revenge attack for the murder of his friend. Besides, I'm not sure how you can fake spitting up buckets of blood anyway.

I don't think they'd fake something like this. What if the stunt went wrong and there actually WAS blood coming out because of an internal injury? Doesn't make sense.. Then again, I don't watch much wrestling.
