That wasn't insurgent training. It had too much of a military flavour and there were no dummy targets dressed like women and children.

Insurgent (or, to give it its technical name: 'terrorist') training involves hiding bombs in churns of milk at civilian markets.

That is basic training for most if not all special or elite forces from all countries, ask any commando or special tactical squad personal. The training involves calm and resolute movement under live fire. Usually such training methods and locations are secret. It may look funny but those are elite squads and knows how to fight a modern tactical skirmish. Then again, on the day, bullets makes no difference from any direction, friendly or enemy fire, it still proves all our blood is red.

First, they arent terrorist, they are insurgents. The ones that blow themselves up together with civilians are another thing. For those of you that dont know, there are 2 major 'groups in irak called chiites and sunnis, I dont know if i spelled that right. Both of them have differences and wanna kill each other. Those are the ones that make the terrorist suicidal attack against civilians, not the ppl in this video.
And the insurgents that blow themselves up against U.S soldiers, those are also insurgents that give their lifes for the cause. And when they kill civilians in their attacks, that would be collateral damage. The same collateral damage that U.S troops do when they bomb.
