Yep, only headbutts in movies are forehead to forehead. Real ones are your boney forehead to their soft and breakable nose. Works so well that they had to ban it from UFC fights early on.

I think head butting is all in the confidence factor. I had the good fortune of knocking a guy out cold in high school with a head butt and it's been a part of my arsenel ever since. I don't recommend forhead headbutting, try for the top of your head to the bridge of their nose. Works best if you can grab their ears then proceed.

They seemed to be just messing about at the begining. When the "fight" starts both kicks missed and seemed to have no force behind them. There was no punch thrown or given and the sound of the "headbutt" could have well been sounded by one of the other guys. Lastly, when the guy is "out" it's all laughs again! I'll call fake.
