While this may appear to be a typical case of exploiting bums, the way I see this is that it ensures the crackhead won't reproduce, it provides some quality entertainment for sick minds, and possibly, in the end, the crackhead will be convinced working some shit job is better than getting kicked in the nuts for money. Good things all around.

I live in Van. and I ALWAYS see this guy when I go out to clubs. He totally beats the shit out of mailboxes and screams "kick me in the balls for $10!!" at all the people in line. I've never seen someone actually take him up on it. The dude's fucking crazy.
