Yea, they make up stuff all the time, when a suspect gets away, he always says they were caught later and so on. They misquote what is said on the shows too. He is not credible at all.
The cop did a great job recovering from the spinout, but then did a retarded stop there at the end, jumping over that hill. He could have easily stopped in the roadway. I guess he knew his car was all wrecked up anyway, so oh well.
