It's called dissent people, It's the reason the second amendment was put into place, so the government would never be able to over run the people. You shouldn't hate rioters, you should hate the specific groups or reasoning, like if they were rioting because the wanted communism in the united states. If they were rioting because they wanted bush out of office because he was not voted in, and their voices weren't being heard through the justice system ( which has happened before, in the U.S., you just never hear about it) Then you should join their ranks. If you give a rule that allows police to bring back the "peace" despite the cause of the revolution, then it will only result in tyranny. Dissent is the right of the people, the united militia that is supposed to be running the country. It was the will of the founding fathers, and so it is mine.

Being riot police must suck. Constantly getting bottles and flaming objects thrown at you. Being a rioter must suck too, since they constantly get pummelled by pissed off riot police.
