A criminal crashes his car to another vehicle and it is the police's fault? Go fuck yourself. The cops didn't even have their sirens on.
They should just park their police cars and hope they turn themselves in? Let them go and maybe we'll catch them some day in the next 10 years after he's robbed 15 more places and raped/killed someone?
