CCTV Cameras Record and Stop an Attempted Rape

I don't like this whole camera thing all over the streets. 1984 anyone?

i wonder how you'd feel about the cameras if it was you about to be raped. I think if you're not committing crime then theres no problem with the cameras. There was a similar clip from england about 5 years ago now where cctv operators saw a guy acting suspiciously, they followed him long enough to see him try to abduct a 14 yr old girl, they called the cops who were there in seconds.

I'm seriously thinking we have to adopt some, and I stress SOME (meaning one or two) middle eastern punishments.
Castration for rapists would be one I would vote for.
