To further combat crime, they should strap remote-controlled sub machine guns to the top of these cameras.

nico, i thought the same thing.
guess a black guy walking down the street is considered "acting suspicious" in some cities.
...but it turns out a crime was stopped, so i guess everything turned out ok.
also, note to N.T. lady friends: DONT walk into a VERY DARK PLACE while, smoking, yapping on the cell and not payin attention to your surroundings, please.

You asssholes. As a one time citizen of MD and who knows many BC cops, they probably KNEW the black mother fukker when they hit him with the camera. A colored boy walking down the street IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT, walking back and forth and covering his tracks is suspicious you anal liberal idiots. Gee, you think the cops figured that out?

@Nicco, I don't believe that it was the fact he was black. I think it has a lot more to do with the fact he was walking up and down that street in the middle of the night/early morning, this means the guy sitting there probably has nothing to do but watch him and it just so happened that he committed a crime. Just my 2 cents. ![]()

i wonder how you'd feel about the cameras if it was you about to be raped. I think if you're not committing crime then theres no problem with the cameras. There was a similar clip from england about 5 years ago now where cctv operators saw a guy acting suspiciously, they followed him long enough to see him try to abduct a 14 yr old girl, they called the cops who were there in seconds.

ok, well it sure depends what city you are in. Like it or not, there is no way in hell that you can trust a black guy in my city or shall we say the area i live in. If you do, you are definately taking chances with your well being. Don't like it? TOO BAD. It's just the way it is and they have no one to blame but themselves.

I'm seriously thinking we have to adopt some, and I stress SOME (meaning one or two) middle eastern punishments.
Castration for rapists would be one I would vote for.

Someone help me - I can't decide if that cop is a rampant racist.
I mean, he was tracking a black guy who hadn't done anything wrong.
But then the black guy attacked a woman... so does that make it OK for the cop to have tracked him?
(Lights fuse, steps away...)
