The cop said that the reason the kid was being arrested was for resisting arrest. Now, think about that for a second. If that was true, the kid would have had to be resisting arrest before the cop went to arrest him. This guy is a scumbag.

I was making a left hand turn in a small town in PA when a group of 10 or 12 yoots like this crossed the street. Of course they had to take their good old sweet time to show how tough and bad they were at holding up traffic. They are lucky I wasn't alone or that it wasn't in the middle of the day. These ashole punks got what they deserved and I hope they were found guilty. They are a bunch of smartass backtalkers who think they are cute and think because they can talk like this to their parents they can talk like this to anybody. If they are such innocent little darlings I ask you, why did that fag have a hidden camera in his bag and why did he keep moving the bag when he was cuffed? Fuckin' kids were disregarding a direct order from a police officer. I saw no brutality. If some happened toward the end, I didn't see it. I cut it short.

I usually hate skaters, but they weren't treated properly, the girl wasn't doing shit for instance. The cop obviously had issues, hopefully the videos helps them in court letting them go off scot free.

I have no comment except that anything you do to interfere with an officer (even verbally) can be construed as interfering with law enforcement and land you in jail. Officers don't just slam people on the ground for no reason. Even when they are all tweaked up on adrenaline. Everyone in that crowd of losers was being passively resistant and aggressive. Failing to follow the lawful instructions of a law enforcement officer will land you in jail. And resisting in any way while being arrested, will at the very least immediately cause the officer to up the aggression to a level slightly above yours. Cops are trained to do this to survive in a world where they are targeted for enforcing the law. Wether it's a hippy skatboarding loser or a die hard terrorist killer, cops don't like to be challenged and "taken on" to them you might as well be attempting to take their weapon from them and shooting them. Hard to understand for all you candy-asses out there, but try doing a ride-along with cops and see for yourself what it's like. This cop should have had a taser.

Kids today, want to challenge authority. They know, they're not supposed to be skating there but, they do it anyway. When I was their age, when an adult told me not to do something, I just didn't do it. No, questions asked. Kids today do not want to go by the rules and want to see how far they can push it. I think all those kids got what they deserve and the parents should be fined. If the parents had taught those kids to respect the law and authority, things like this wouldn't happen.
