Ambulances are still supposed to slow down at intersections. They're allowed to roll thru, not barrel down like a Hollywood car chase. That driver should be fired.

EMERGENCY MODE? Reporters are such dickheads until this stuff happens to them and then it is a crime. You see and at least in MD and PA those brave cops and ambulance drivers are like you and me. You do NOT have to get out of their way unless it is safe to do so. They are NOT permitted to break the law unless it is safe to do so. THAT is why the passenger non-chalantly said RED LIGHT. The driver had some kind of admin penalty against him. Not that it would have matter though.

fuck that my uncle is deaf and he's allowed to drive (as are most deaf ppl) which is why cops etc has flashing lights. yeah ambulance is totally to blame here. in ireland its illegal for ambulances to break the speed limits and if they run a red light and crash the driver is liable!!

In the ambulance one sed to the other red light n still runs it always slow down at a intersection if youre light is green n u got youre sirens on. Stupid amerians I just thought of a song Green day american idiot. Ha
