1. for FAKE - He got up too quickly, and his seizure was very short.

3. for FAKE - What is a cameraman doing with a turned on and ready camera in a mall?
4. for REAL - He said he was trying his new camera and malls are usually the place where you can get a new camera.
5. for FAKE - Why was the cameraman the only one who laughed and thought it was a joke? Did shooting with a camera impair his sense of reality?
6. for REAL - He might have been just a senseless jerk or he might have thought that the guy who collapsed was doing it for the camera
7. for FAKE - What are the chances that a senseless jerk will try his new camera and an epileptic, who is quite young, maybe close to the age of the cameraman, will collapse in front of him in that exact moment in a crowded mall?

He wasn't faking. He most likely had an internal malfunction (a cramp possibly) and lost consciousness. As he lay on the floor, his body is trying to rid itself of the cramp and he is involuntarily yelling from the pain. As the cramp fades, he regains consciousness and is able to stand up for a few seconds. But since he lost consciousness, the blood flow and oxygen to his brain was severed for a second. As he woke up from fainting, he started feeling an extreme headache. He tried to get up, but the headache is so extreme that it is hard to stand. about 10 seconds later, he experiences blindness (which will last for about 3 or 4 minutes) from the lack of blood/oxygen to the brain. By the time the ambulence arrives, he will feel normal, except for a minor or semi-mild headache.
