So that's what it looks like when you get ran over by a truck and dragged down the sidewalk under the tire. I've always wondered.

Well, at least they didn't die. One person was smacking the bumper of the truck, "Hey! Get the fuck off of me!"

Vid- Fake! There are two people who just happen to get nailed under each tire, c'mon. Just at that point in the sidewalk there is this foam see, and it's painted to look like the concrete

There were actually 3 people that were hit. One under each front tire and the third probably went right under the truck. THAT person is shown getting up and walking away.

I am unsure if it's fake...
Real Points:
-CCTV logo. If it's real, that means it is most likely a security camera. The location also looks like a bridge, or it does to me at least. Either way, it's on "CCTV", so it may be real.
-Poor quality. What I have personally noticed by watching a few CCTV monitors is that they are very poor quality. Images are very blunt and somewhat blurry.
-It can happen. Let reality hit us (pun not intended), it could definitely happen. Possibly the bus driver accidentally stepped too hard on the gas and/or slipped.
Fake Points:
-If the CCTV is not near an important area like a bridge, then the possibility of a CCTV camera being pointed randomly at that specific point is pretty low.
-The CCTV seems to be moving, so the logo may be fake and edited in after all. It's possible that the area where the camera is located is windy, causing the camera to move.
-We all know people have nothing better to do than create fake videos of people getting hit by trucks, cars, buses, trains, planes, ect. It's possible that this is one of these times.

the woman in white looks back a few seconds before the truck hits them... does she know something that those two poor guys dont? 
Not fake. I've been to Korea via the army and they really do drive like that. Scariest ride I've even had was from the Airport in Korea to my duty station. I saw someone going down the other side of the free way going the wrong way and nobody batted an eye. They are nuts.
