I men like this are caught, beaten, tied up and dragged behind moving car until they are dead.
Do this on the busiest road of their town, as an example to the rest of those who think they will get a slap on the wrist for commiting this manner of crime.
The goddamn world needs to fight back against people who feel they can get away with this, rather than fight to support the rights of criminals.
For violent criminals, there is no such thing as cruel and unusual punishment.

boring.. somethings don't change..all the violents wont end, it's the level of man who decides to take life..for what? money,greed,power? yes, a child will say yes to a chocolate candy unless you teach him not to take it from stranger? then again i am not surprised for parents not doing so...
