I see nothing wrong with soldiers "whooping it up" when a 1000 lb JDAM hits home. WW1 and WW2 soliders cheered when they got aerial or artillery support. its a natural human emotion.
Like terrorists screaming "alluha akbar" whenever ANYTHING happens to them. Its like their "Aloha" I guess...
