I call bullshit on this. If you look closely the barrel of
the gun is placed against a preexisting large black(painted)smudge on his neck. The gun goes off,
puff of smoke comes out,his head jerks back, and the only hole in his neck is the painted on one the gun was pressing against(in an obvious effort to hide it) before it went off. I could be wrong. But that's what I'm seeing.
