Wow, this seems to be a great place to come and speak openly. Are any of these posts relevant to the video above? Anyhow, here is my take on the beating. I KNOW that this was not a "racist" beating. Wait, lemme tell you I am white 1st. Ok, so the beating......from my experience and from a general observation of the video, THIS KID WAS PROBABLY BEING INITIATED INTO THE LOCAL GANG. Think about it.......who the hell was recording it?? Ummm if you were the kid, wouldnt you have ran?? All of this was something that this kids mom probably made him say so he wouldnt get into trouble by the law. Hell, even the timing was perfect for this to happen with the whole Jena 6 thing going on. Again, this dumb ass kid probably wanted to join the local gang of retards so he retardly got his ass beat for the right to make some silly ass hand gesture.

Oh yeah of course. You could almost count on two hands the amount of hours before Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would arrive in town and start spewing their nonsense. Rhetoric purely driven to divide America amongst racial lines and make it sound like White-America is holding down the black man. But when something like this happens, blacks collectively turn their head the other way.
My votes for hate crime. Because if you reversed the race roles, it would DEFINITELY be a hate crime.
Honestly what kind of crowd would I rally? There are no Caucasian activists. Or White equivalents to Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton. When a white's rights are violated there is no one clear 'white unifying figure' in place for whites in America. Also I think my participation in such a rally would be a little more viable if I lived near it, which I don't.
Funny how you're defending Al and Jesse, as if to lend some credit to some of their pseudo-crusades. Like the Jena 6 one for example.

every race is racist. Some historically more violent and oppressive then others, but everyone is racist. I try to treat everyone equally, but human nature makes people have a "pack" mentality, and ours is going to be grouped by ethnicity. even When black and hispanic people claim they are being treated badly or unfair and retaliate by doing shit like this, they in return are being racist. He is a liar, he went there to fight another kid, so they could put it on Myspace or youtube. His buddy who video taped the fight, was on fox news show Hannity and Colmes, take a look for yourself. I think it was a gang initiation myself, looks like they are jumping him in, why else would his friend not run off or help, 2 against 6 is better then 1 against 6, that is what a friend would have done....
