Helmet cam points exactly where rider (might be a SHE) is looking. The rider is looking into the rear view mirror and so doesn't see the car... if the rider was watching the road they definitely could have avoided getten viewed on Nothing Toxic. Rider's fault more than car I think.

Sorry, the car is pulling off into traffic, it's the car DRIVER'S fault, period. BUT, the asshole on the motorcycle should have been paying attention at where he was going, not the piece of ass he saw behind him.
