Almost all of you anti-American guys seem to forget that Saddam had used "WMDs" on his own people. And then when asked by *UN* weapon inspectors to disclose Iraq's weapon development programs and to allow them to inspect all of his weapon stores, he refused to show them everything. So what's the world supposed to think? "Hey, he's only refusing because he doesn't have any." Why would he refuse if he was innocent? To give himself time to move, or hide them? Or had he already used all of the gas rockets he had? Either way, basing opinions on speculation instead of fact is stupid. Now, whether or not America should have invaded them based on this pretense, I'm undecided. Saddam is one of the most terrible leaders in history, that's hard to deny. But is it really America's business? Probably not, but it's hard to say Iraq would be better off with Saddam in power. On the subject of the video, if the kid was being a smartass as secret_squirrel said I probably would have decked him, or thrown him off a small bridge too. And so would 90% of the folks on this site that have actually have the balls to stand up for themselves. If he did it for no reason other than to be cool on video then yeah, he's an asshole. But again, speculation.

ok first of all yeah we can all be petrified when u see what is going on in a muslim country but then again its their way of life,their religion and yes their laws are harsh but they are their laws and period...i as a european think its cruel but thats just my opinion..i am sure they are outraged when they see our culture as well...secondly no matter what u say the fact is that the americans are in iraq not in their country and they shouldnt behave like they were in the us...i am sure their military chain of command is good and this is just an individual but still u cant say that that kid planed on doing something or no just as all of us cant say that all soliders there are rapists or murderes...in war different rules apply and those who havent experienced cant tell....i sincerely hope that that soldier will come home safely as well as that kid...god bless europe!

I have read many comments on this page and on other videos here. And one thing must be said. A terrorist is one person or several who desides to hijack a plane with 280 sivilians onboard an crash the plane into one of the greatest symbols of power and wealth the world has ever seen, the World trade senter, killing thousands of sivilians in the name of a god and a religion that in fact really condems suicide,murder and every other action that leads to death on sivilians, or innosent people.
But a man who desides to end his own life, not as a terrorist, but as a man, an average man that feels that it is his duty to fight in anyway he can against the occupiers, even if it means to take the ultimate step and blow himself up, in the defense of his own country, that has been occupied by a nation much more advansed and skilled in warfare then they have ever been, can you call him a terrorist then?
The only things the iraqi insurgents can do towards the allied forces is VBIED,IED,SNIPE or suisidebombers. Why?
Because in the sky all over Baghdad/Iraq there are flying killers who can see you from miles and miles away. Conventional war is a type of war that now belongs to the past. The americans use satelites, nightvision,tanks and artillery, while the insurgents have nothing of the sort. They tried to fight the US in the conventional way during and after the invasion and we all know how that went. They lost, so they had to change their strategy.
The only way the insurgents can harm the americans on, is by taking the step into a type of warfare where there is no winners. The US would have won allready if it wasnt for this type of insurgentsy. And you can thank russia for that. When they invaded Checnya, the chechens had to change their A-game so that they could win, and thereby the VBIED,IED and SUISIDEBOMBERS was born.
I`m not stupid, of course there are terrorists that uses suicidebombs and other disgusting ways of killing people(beheading and so on), but if you take all the population in iraq, you will probably see that the terrorists, real terrorists is less then one persent, and im pretty sure that most of those who fight the US with means as them i mensioned above, are patriots to their country and probably nationalists! I can only speek for my self, but i would die for my country if it came to that.
Dont feel affendent by my oppinions, and i appologize for my some poor english. Im a former soldier from Norway, (Headen) who spent 6 months in iraq in 2004 with the norwegian spesial forces(retired) , So my comment are just my wiew on things as i see them now, and as i saw them then.
